A total of 15 IDAS  probationers of  the 2006 (SL), 2008 (SL) and 2010 batch who are currently undergoing departmental training at NADFM, Pune were in New Delhi in mid-June, 2012  as part of their departmental attachment. CGDA (Trg) accompanied the probationers during their call-on to the Hon’ble President .The probationers commenced their conversation with the President by briefing her about their Bharat Darshan and their training experiences. They requested the President to enunciate the duties of an officer. The President emphasized on the need for ensuring canons of financial propriety and spending government money as judiciously as one’s own money.

During their visit to the Hon’ble Raksha Mantri the probationers were accompanied by Shri Navneet Verma, IDAS, Jt. CGDA (Trg.). While addressing the IDAS probationers, the Hon’ble RM emphasized that first and foremost, the young officers are supposed to be reasonable and helpful to the executive and secondly, they should not be party to any corrupt practices.
