The fourth All India DAD Carrom Tournament was organized at PCDA (NC), Jammu . The tournament was inaugurated by Smt Indu Liberhan, IDAS, the then Addl CGDA on 10th November, 2008 by releasing a white pigeon. Prof Amitabh Mattoo, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu was the chief guest for the occasion who gave away the prizes to the winning individuals and teams.
